No It is not correct. The call to Tata Sky Call Center is being charged from the very first second.

They have a toll free number but they do not advertise it anywhere. If you ask customer care about toll free number, they will not tell you about this number as well.You can call toll free on 1800 180 6633. They have set the timeout of 5 minutes for the calls on this number. After 5 mins, the call gets disconnected.

Refresh the Tata Sky Digitcomps In India is easy with cell phone . But I am not in India.
So i have to refresh the tatasky Digitcomps with online ( Internet ).
Do u know the website to refresh the tatasky Digitcomps?

There are two kinds of refresh for this DTH service using by web. One is VPN n One is Sebil . VPN is publish by cissco not good to use . Sebil is for big dealers n easy n nice to use . But can't get these web or application on public n normal user . The best way for user is to send an SMS to 56633 . Ur receiver will refresh withing 15 seconds . try it out . Regards. Yan.

i get Cisco VPN and sibil ,but it's not working on myanmar IP (internet ).

Log on to mytatasky section on tatasky.com website. There you can see option for recharge through online banking.But again I suppose it supports only Indian Banks. Check if it supports abroad credit cards.

best way to recharge is use your credit/debit card and use the mytatasky website (register yourself first though). This is absolutely free. Also this will let you raise a query to refresh the account from their end
