Tata Sky DTH: Poor customer care service

Tata(Sky is the worst we all know that.

I hope Tata Sky will improve in future. Not sure though.

Friends which among these you think is the area where Tata Sky needs to improve most?I think paying attention to male audience is important. They don't have TEN Action+, Nat Geo WILD, TEN Cricket, TV5 Monde, Zee Trendz, Zee Action, etc....On the other hand they provide Actve cooking for women, Actve wizkids and stories for children.....But nothing for men.I think every male should definitely contribute to this thread. Thanks.

1) keeping the customers informed more clearly about their services and plans. 2) higher availability of spare parts , new STB's.3) better ways to make transactions apart from dealers and onlinei think that all apart from that they offer fantastic service
