Tata Sky DTH: Poor customer care service

My second point was that of people just because of marketing campaign are not going to buy the product but to a certain level it will influence the buyer........

Atleast with me what ever product no matter whether it is TV or DTH or fridge or 2 wheeler or AC which ever i have purchased the marketing campaign did not influence me to buy..........

Hi Tata Sky is having really poor service. They are not able to solve problems in time. I have logged a Complaint no :- 3006090213459 and 1-4348472917 and more than 48 Hours are gone. No reply as of yet. I wanted to shift one digicom (subs ID 1000908812) from Indirapuram, ghaziabad to new home Kavi nagar (subs Id 1000203995) where already I have 3 digicoms. Indirapuram digicom need recharge. I have explained the complete case of merger to executive and Customer care executive did not inform me that after recharge my amount will be forfeit. I did a recharge of 500 Rs am and now tata sky people are saying amount will forfeited. It is taking lot of time. I have made so many calls and they are not able to help me. I have talked to Kajal and Simran from Tata sky and they are not able to give instant help. They have a very poor service. I want to lodge a complaint against tata sky--
 
I can only say that you are not alone. Tata Sky has this habit of torturing its customers, and you are the unlucky one this time round. I would suggest you to get rid of it if you can.
 
Tata Sky is having really very bad service. They are not able to solve problems in time.I have logged a complaint, (sub.Id 1016423285) service request ref no :-14128791681 on 05/06/2009 and more than 72 Hours are gone. No reply till today.I did a recharge of Rs 2500 for annual racharge on 25/05/2009 and after two days i saw my A/c status there is 10 months validity after that every day im calling to help line for the same no one can proper replay. I know that your company is very big and i am very small customer. you dont have value for customers. THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE.
 
Even in my office their is one Tata Sky connection installed at third floor cafeteria and now the cafeteria is shifted to ground floor and the cafeteria guys have given a request for shifting this connection from third floor to ground its been some 20 days but no body has come down their for shifting of that tata sky connection. and that cafeteria guy is registering complaint every day for shifting and cursing them for their poor customer service.
 
yes, even their is one connection of Tata Sky in my office cafeteria and those guys also feel Tata sky services are very poor and cursing them for their poor services as no body turned up their to resolve their shifting issue for around 20 days.
