Tata Sky DTH: Poor customer care service

Even in my office their is one Tata Sky connection installed at third floor cafeteria and now the cafeteria is shifted to ground floor and the cafeteria guys have given a request for shifting this connection from third floor to ground its been some 20 days but no body has come down their for shifting of that tata sky connection. and that cafeteria guy is registering complaint every day for shifting and cursing them for their poor customer service.

I know you really like Dish Tv , so don't even get me started about how the "customer services" of Dish Tv and Big TV are. EVERY DTH has its share of complaints. Check out the Dish TV complaints and Big tv complaints, in their respective sections.
 
Well he says he has already done so and even provides a reference number. Should he now be after them and increase his phone bills?

perhaps there are other issues which are not resolved to the satisfaction of both:
Change of address, change of ownership, refusal to pay relocation charges; otherwise such delay from TS defies any logic!
 
Tata Sky never works based on logic. Had they done so, all these people who come with complaints, wouldn't have been there.

If that is true, then which company in this world works on logic? There have been complaints about each and every company. Don't make such generalised statements.
 
Had it been one or two people, it could have been termed as generalizing. Every other day there is someone coming on board stating his issues with Tata Sky. Numbers cannot be ignored.
 
in poor service all dth service provider are all have bad service at some stages . u must pray from god that when u buy anything u need for such service which is BAD One
