Tata Sky DTH: Poor customer care service

heh. reminds me of computer support. sir clear the cookies. restart the computer. reinstall the windows. it would solve everything.

so true. I called the customer care the other day, and that lady was like.. "change remote battary saar, it will work ok" and hangs up.

I called them to know about the annoying non-responsiveness of the channels, and she asks me to change the remote battery? what a knob.

all i could do then was :wall:

Now i know why Tata Sky DTH users dont need to call its Support staff :hysterical::grin:

I think it is "internet Support CC " rather than computer support who gives such answers:isleep:

no, I spoke in English, and that lady seemed to be a hyderabadi based on her hyderabadi accent.

Wat makes you feel TS the #1.DTH in ur mind and do reply clearly dont blabber the old things like PIC.QUALITY etc,etc need some other answer from you and now ur caught by my pointleasehelp:

Lets not make fun of people's accents. All Indians have accents. No one speaks perfect english. Most call centre people don't come from posh background so their english is not "Propah" . All call centers have this thing. Even Microsoft and Dell!! So leave this point out.
