yes the abovesaid number is toll free.which can be dialed from my Airtel mobile(mumbai) also at zero cost.

Nowdays Tata Sky's service is good and fasttoday 12:19pm i mail to tatasky for thanking them 4 tollfree helpline. And i add remark at the end of mail that plz add 9xm and more music channels. And at 12:33pm i got call 4m tatasky that thankyou 4 writing to us. You mentioned that you need 9xm so we r planning to add it soon.Its unbelivable experince...Probebly the fastest service of india.
