It depends on the traffic routing. If it goes through one of the FLAG(supposed) servers , these sites might be blocked. (last time it was FLAG)

Because Reliance is big *******************.

I think Reliance is a distributor named Reliance Entertainment. That is why they are putting too much energy to stop users to download pirated contents. Even they pushed a lot to torrent admins to block Singham movie torrent. For that, they also issued an order called John doe order but nothing worked out as usual because of admins are anonymous.
