Tikona Broadband User Experiences

i am using cable internet as they are better then dsl
my latency range from 0ms to 7ms max(during peak hours)
and i just want to ask should i stay with this connection or should move to tikona or other isp
i am paying rs-1400/- per month no fup limit
please advice by replying!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 2 Days experience TIKONA is Good Latency and Download getting more then 4Mbps and Pings below 10ms Gateway. Lets see ;-)

stop using tikona if you live in navi mumbai
try using mtnl or dvois or mahalaxmi broaband as they are better

Past few nights my connection has been very shiity. Disconnection every 5 mins and takes another half hour to work for 5 mins again. Don't know why this is happening only at night time, absurd pings, packet loss and 50 kbps speed(yes kilobits/s).
Don't know if it is even worth talking to customer service as their answer will be " sir it is working right now and we will monitor your connection for 24 hours and call back" and then nothing will happen from their side.
