Unable to use WhatsApp on Tata Play Fiber

@rajat_ no issues with Airtel or TPF with Whatsapp.. I think it's local problem. Best you have a technician visit you and demonstrate whats going on.
 
There's again some issue since last 2 days with tata play fiber. Sites take a lot of time to load and there's a lot of lag while streaming. Tried rebooting the router but it's the same. Maybe it's because of the 50 Mbps plan but browsing shouldn't be a problem ideally.
 
A little off topic w.r.t this thread but a lot of people are moving to airtel from tata because of these issues in my area atleast. My neighbor who has been on tata since last 4 years is now finally moving to airtel. He said that the bundled black plans are very lucrative because he already has 2 postpaid sim cards(it's a canon event🤣). I did warn him about the poor customer service but he completely ignored it.
 
Friends I was facing similar issue.

Problem- While connecting video call on WhatsApp, I was unable to see other person.

Resolution - Login to the router, go to Security settings, Turnoff the security Level.
Your problem will get resolved.
