Im on ADSL. I dint do any optimization, however did a little trick. (Raised complaints over slow speed issue several time with reliance cc & here is the result). Hope i get METRO soon.

Sounds good. Now please let us know your download and upload rate as stated by the modem details page.
All of us on the 4 Mbps plan are facing the same issue. Getting max 3.6 Mbps.

The download data rate should be more than 4096 to achieve 100% speed of 4 Mbps
