Upload Speed on Airtel Broadband

Well done dude....I have already written a letter to TRAI around a week ago...Now I'm getting my Airtel disconnected...going back to good ol' MTNL

I am satisfied or more than satisfied with my bsnl Connection ! Getting always above 512 for 256UL connection ! So, not worrying much of going against them ! Those who are getting less speed should fight against !!

I recieved a letter from trai.It stated that the complaint has been forwarded to airtel (CPO)and has asked me to file a complaint with the airtel CC and if not satisfied file the complaint with the nodal officer(which i had done) then the appellate authority.they also say that you are free to take them to consumer courtSO they have read my letter.It dosent really matter as:1)we are getting 1:1 speed now2)even if the case was 1\3 ,it would be no use to file a case as TRAI has never issued guidelines for upload speed.The best that can happen is that the court would direct the case to TDSAT which would direct the case to TRAI asking for upload speed guidelines.So friends enjoy your 1:1 upload speed for now.I wold keep this letter as an insurance policy if our upload speed is reduced.The letter really didn't address my problems like new guidelines,net neutrality but i hope the officer who read the letter thought of these points and hopefully take future action.
