Websites not loading on Excitel Broadband

An hour ago I was not even able to load my.excitel.com on Excitel

tunnelbear.com is also not working. wtf!!!!

cant even ping tunnelbear. all packets are getting timed out.

checked all. none working. forum works.

discordapp.com does not work.
greenmangaming.com does not work.
www1.chia-anime.com does not work.
tunnelbear.com does not work.

called cc. guy said that their backend team is doing some upgradation and the issue could be related to that. i mentioned these websites : trakt.tv ( stopped working again) discordapp.com tunnelbear.com and greenmangaming.com

the guy said that there is a chance that these sites will start working again once the upgradation is done. so lets see. how much time they take.

right. dash.cloudflare.com is not loading so cannot manage cloudflare without using VPN!
