Websites not loading on Excitel Broadband

how do i find other websites hosted on a particular server? total server solutions in this case

reverse ip finder services... tried a few. none of them worked for the ip i tried.

total server solutions is however pretty big. in fact, pia use their servers for many locations from what i have seen.

they dont have any customer care contact information. dont know how to even contact them

if you cannot even reach the ip file a complaint about that. say that you have to ftp some files on this ip and it's not connecting

nope. i dont remember the last time this website worked but its been months.

so could be on the official block list.

but it works when i use VPN with india selected as location and i dont get the usual ' this website is blocked due to DOT order'
the website just fails to load.
