Where can I get Raspberry PI 4 Model B?

A 2GB model will be enough if you want to use it just as a router.

You would need to be running a lot of stuff on it to actually benefit from the extra 4GB Ram I imagine.

Not sure how good it would be as a media server but DNS would be pretty fine. 4GB should still be enough but if you want to get the 8GB model then go for it. Test and share your results.

I was running 13+ docker containers (including home assistant, plex ,pihole, etc.) on 4GB model and it worked fine.

Found old dusty laptop lying around and now using it as home server. Saved me some money, I guess
