Oh please dont... please dont torture us....I'm already pissed off at our ISPs. In one other thread that french guy (Tom) said they have 24Mbps connection @ 900 bucks a month! :blink:

i am using 256 ul, and upload speed is only 64 kbps

Download 32 KBPS , upload 16 KBPS, both max for a 256 KBPS line

it is same with 128 kbps. And upload speed is 64/8 = 8, which means u can upload 1 mb in more than 2 minutes
