It seems you are not aware that we need to switch ON and off the modem a little after 2.00 am and a little before 8.00 am. Don't worry. Just take a print out this screen shot and talk with the accounts officer.

A.O. may agree to average d/l per hour and give you Nu free allowance of about 1150 MB.
Chargeable time 5 hours 20 minutes. Or full waiver. This is the usual practice.)

total 29080/10 290 Mb Hour aapprox. for 4 hours 20 minutes approx 1150 MB.

Appears the modem was on continously from 0840, ( or even earlier from 0640PM)
you can show/prove fromYour Download Manager ,
that total download was from 0200 AM only.
Which may be difficult.
 
Yes, the modem was on from 8:00 or so but there was nothing to download in the background.And I dont want to appeal anywhere, afterall I've to live with it.Here I dont have any other option than BSNL :(Will u please tell me how Samadhaan can be beneficial for me. (Plz dont give BSNL's link, tell me in simple lang. :P)

or given a written complaint
about this matter. get acknowledgement from BSNL CC in your copy.

You can name it as "Complaint ' instead of "appeal "
Unless A.O refuses to correct the bill cannot complain here.

boss, I'm out of my mind now. :(Plz tell me the simplest solution, n I'll do that, except going to consumer court
 
Pay the bill amount, after giving an application, for refund.Get acknowledgement t stamped by CC in your copy.Complain Online. Take your own time to followup for refunds/ etc. Here. Open new thread. after March 22nd about action taken by you and response from BSNl etc
