YAHOOO!!! Update my Omnia W to WP7.8 (by internet disconnection method).

As I mentioned above, its mostly cosmetic (UI) changes for me. I didnt find any extra function added in WP7.8 compared to WP7.5 in Samsung Omnia W.
Changes which I observed are-
- Re-sizeable Home Screen Tiles.
- More (20) accent colours which can be set.
- Bing Wallpapers can be set as Lock Screen Wallpapers.
- New Boot screen same as new Windows 8 Logo.
- New Icons for Marketplace, Office, Xbox
I didnt get (which I was expecting)-
- Language Support for Indian Languages.
- Nokia Maps Navigation.
- IE10.

Microsoft has stopped pushing out the 7.8 update in Russia as well

Anybody facing issues after WP7.8 upgrade?
I didnt notice earlier, but many 3rd party apps Live Tiles are not updating. E.g. I have Live Tiles for Accuweather, NDTV which were updating earlier, but for last few days I observed that it is stuck in static state with same image which was there 2-3 days back. I unpinned tile, and again pinned it, but no change. Even after reinstalling app, issue occurs.
'Live' Tiles are now 'Dead' Tiles.

They were all free apps. They have option to update Tiles on Start Screen (which can also be disabled).
But since last few days, most of 3rd party apps Tiles were not getting updated with latest data like Weather or news.
Live Tiled for missed call notification, emails or messages which are native get update normally with their status.
