I have been using Act Broadband from past few months, now from past 1 week am not able to access internet. the Customer care is so pathetic that they keep telling that the problem will get resolved in days time and those days have crossed 6th Day as of now.
they commit that the escalation team would call me, but once they call and they commit time and would not adhere to their promises.
I had even asked them to discontinue the connection but they say that the process of discontinuing is in process for the dead connection. So Pathetic....
I wanted a confirmation , so that i can book another internet connection with another network..
God help them the way their service is...
