I am sure there are defective pieces in every lot. So not surprised by someone posting a defective screen. But if one is going to base his/her decisions on the handful of negative reviews, I am sure there will not be a single mobile that will fit the criteria. People end up with lemon cars, forget a mobile phone!

well atleast they don't reject/replace them under warranty.. like flipkart did with that guy.

There are horror stories everywhere, man. I am sure you will find a number of them wrt Flipkart online. But then the portal by and large does a satisfactory job of returns. So I wouldn't be too worried.
