I'm not very sure. While setting up a device for the first time, I always skip the wizard and add the account manually. It still automatically begins to sync everything.

Regarding issue with my phone:

I called FlipKart and informed them about my issue, executive on phone had no idea what the process is and how will things be handled. She has forwarded my request to concerned department and has promised me a call in 48 hrs
