ONT Recommendation for BSNL FTTH

I've BSNL FTTH 100 Mbps plan, looking for a ONT so that I can return the one given by the BSNL.

My current Device: Huawei HG850a

Looking for a ONT which I can bridge to my router running OpenWRT, so I don't need any fancy stuffs. A gigabit port and a reliable brand is enough for me.

I personally use Huawei Ecolife HG8120C (unfortunately dead, my fault) which is very stable with TP-Link Archer AX50 (AX3000).
Huawei Ecolife HG8120C is a GPON ONT but you can covert to EPON with telnet command.
Since I killed the ONT now I'm using Syrotech SY-GPON-1110DONT (NOT SY-GPON-1110WDONT). I'm quite happy with the performance but not that stable as Huawei Ecolife HG8120C.
If you are planing to buy Huawei Ecolife HG8120C keep the below command handy.
