It's been a week since installation.
I tried to change my plan from 200Mbps to 100Mbps 6 month.
After a few errors, I got a msg saying that the plan is changed.
Now, the issue is- the validity showing while changing the plan was 212 days, but now it's reflecting only 198 days, also the email which I got says- I am on a 799rs. monthly plan.
They also revoked my Amazon prime subscription.
@ps111193 yes, that I know. But I was not aware that they would cancel the prime subscription.
Last year when I had got the connection and downgraded the plan, the prime subscription was still valid for the year.
I think now they have changed the way they used to provide the prime subscription, now while availing the offer it says, your prime subscription is valid till your subscription plan.
Btw after my tweet, they called and said as I have already availed the offer, it cannot be given back. But they changed the 100Mbps plan subscription time to 6 months and now, the validity is showing 212 days in app.
My internet got down for around 30mins on 8.45 pm- Anisabad area. But mine was PON Link Status- Down - Fiber issue. Maybe they were doing some connection here in my locality. The same thing had happened around 10 days back. @Ayu You should complain through the Airtel app. This way, it would be easier to pressurize your operator if it's a repetitive issue.
Just now my internet also got down. There is no fibre cut issue ( Optical signal is coming in the router) but still it is not working maybe server down.
