I got another reply. I said I clearly wanted the 2 MBPS Unlimited plan which was offered to my friend and this is the reply;

Note the reference to residential customer. Does that mean this plan is applicable for business customers?
Well, when I got a call. The first thing the guy said was "you won't find this plan, if you contact customer service" so they're being pretty secretive about it.
Are you a business customer?
People using 1699 plan I have a question for them .
Is the VAS services applicable in the freedom 1699 because I asked customer service and they have no idea about it ??Please reply
1699 also has VAS. Call them up again and ask them to re-check.

He is syaing that the 2222 MBPS Combo plan is only available for business customers.
I was asking him about a UL plan and he had no clue. Anyways, I sent off another mail so lets see what reply I get today.
