Airtel Broadband Latest Plans (As of April 2017)

next time i visit two uncles, i would need to call 121 and change their plans to 899 60GB as well. as airtel would not do it at their end and they do not send mails to people telling them about the new plans.

Saw this thread and changed my plan from 1199 75GB (65+5 from bundle +5 from Airtel surprises) to 1099 95GB (90+ 5 GB from bundle ).

I'd like to know if there's any way to get connected to retention executives so that I can juice out some more GBs or get a better plan than what I have.

I wouldve changed to Nextra s Nfinity plan but my society for some dumb reason would not let them put up their cables in here!

My plan seems to have been upgraded without me asking, also full GB's have been credited. No pro-rata or anything. I was having 90+2 GB.

i also seem to have retained 10GB that they had offered me on my older plan. but i did not get the 1 (or 2?) GB from Broadband Surprises.

ok here is my situation, I am on mtnl 4 mbps plan where i pay 1666 all inclusive every month for calls + BB and also on Airtel 799 something plan where i am getting 20 GB per month + unlimited calls at 50 % off for 6 months i pay 300 rs every month to airtel & this offer expires at the end of may. now what is the best plan to go for from airtel so i can also close my MTNL plan and get one phone + BB line from airtel with around 150GB + data at 4mbps + speeds , i live in vasant vihar delhi.

You can get 160 GB in 1499plan. 50% discount is better if you can bargain. Free calls included in this plan.

call apply for disconnection. get the plan you want from retention team

if you are willing to risk disconnection, call 121 and tell customer support that you want to disconnect. in 99% of the cases, they would forward your call to retention team who might or might not offer you a better plan.
