i think we must pay per hour..am i correct?but 75 rs/hr(2 mbps) means very costly.must be very cautious while using

it is not meant for continous speed boost, just for when you have a occassional need for a speed burst., like if u r on 64UL plan, but need to use video conferencing for a while, just use speed on demand for 512kbps for an houri would be more worried about running over the DL limits in data based plans, as the limits still apply
