Airtel Digital TV DTH: ADTV signals are available in Mideast?

anyone got ADTV in mideast?if so how about the signal strength?all channels are viewable?i have dishtv here, but in day time few channels are not getting because of poor signal strength

I can confirm that ADTV working here (kuwait ) .One of the satellite guy confirmed that he installed it for a customer , so I have no hands own experience.
