probably they have different offers for different regions..or maybe since you are postpaid customer..:smile:

well vodafone is pretty good in hyderabad too :] although not sure abt CC but their service is very good! and they also give free night vodafone to vodafone with normal recharge which i think is awesome !!

In voda pre-paid for Rs. 199, i get 1000 mins free calls from voda to voda for 30 days and Rs. 49 SMS pack (750 SMS nationwide) for one month. Except my dad all family and most friends have voda hence porting my dad's number to voda too

I had wanted to port my Airtel number to Vodafone few months back. They took 1.5 months (and I had to generate multiple codes) and eventually told me that the request has been rejected by the original service provider (Airtel). They seemed least interested in porting the number. Half the time they kept telling me that they haven't received any porting request from me.Eventually got a new Voda sim and am happy with their services. While the CC is not much different from Airtel, the nodal office deals with complaints in a very efficient manner. Once a CC guy acted rude and I wrote an email. The next day got a call from their nodal officer enquiring about the incident and in the evening got a call from that CC guy who apologised at length. Pretty happy with Voda.

Vodafone... I dont want to port in your network. Reason is simple. Vodafone does not give basic 3G network service unless we buy a 3G pack.Now please dont write an automated message below my message to join your network.

@popcornYou need to activate 3G, and then you can use 3G with capped speeds.
