The biggest problem with these big telcos is, due to competition, they expanded too quickly and are now struggling.
Airtel, in my region, has just two local engineers for a 4km sq area.
@DewlanceHosting You are lucky and that would mean, around you there are mostly very lenient users.
There is also a thing to consider that during a major incident failure, local providers don't have failover and the equipment and infrastructure is mostly entry level, single path.
Local internet BNG is usually a scrap-put together second-hand old Dell office computer running in his shop.
