Customer support will tell you that you'll get notified about the maintenance when there will be any. They know shit about these things.

Turns out the line is fine. The modem is shot. I had applied for a static ip and somehow it was never applied. The engineer hard rebooted the Nokia router and now it's stuck on ZeroTouch with no way to get out of it.

Apparently the router will have to be replaced. Another 2-3 days wait jeez.

Restarted the router and now internet is not connecting. Airtel app not allowing to create ticket. As per them, the connection is fine. Can anyone else try restarting their router?

Wait for 11 hours or 12hours from when it happened may by mistake your gateway again changed

After reset, ONT is stuck on new user settings. Not pulling my user credentials.
And on bridge, it's not connecting.
