@psycho_monk I tried. The issue is already registered in the thanks app. But nothing is happening. So i thought calling up the local lco might be more productive. I saw someone named Navin or Naval ji mentioned here but there's no contact details.
Obviously you won't expect anyone's personal details flying around here. pm the person who mentioned Naval Ji then maybe you can expect some help

Today I called my LCO to enquire about the status of gateway shift, according to him my gateway had already been changed day before yesterday but when I told him that it's still Lucknow he asked me to call Airtel customer care
