@psycho_monk I tried. The issue is already registered in the thanks app. But nothing is happening. So i thought calling up the local lco might be more productive. I saw someone named Navin or Naval ji mentioned here but there's no contact details.

Today I called my LCO to enquire about the status of gateway shift, according to him my gateway had already been changed day before yesterday but when I told him that it's still Lucknow he asked me to call Airtel customer care
