Restarted the router and now internet is not connecting. Airtel app not allowing to create ticket. As per them, the connection is fine. Can anyone else try restarting their router?
@DarkmanCoD Did you try restarting your router? so the airtel technician called me and tried to reset and configure the ont remotely. After an hour of work, he finally gave up and called the local team where he was informed that this is a server issue and currently being faced by a number of users. According to him, this should be resolved by Today EOD.
