We may also hold information related to your utilization of our services which may include your call details, your browsing history on our website, location details and additional information provided by you while using our services.

Well, that is interesting. Hoping it stays that way, unless they start doing what they inadvertently stated they would in the policy only without mentioning it explicitly in the policy this time.

Airtel blames “clerical error” over data collection content, has replaced faulty content - ET Telecom

Bharti Airtel has said it does not collect personal information of its customers and said it was a “clerical error” which led to some content being put briefly on its website which raised concerns over data privacy among some subscribers.

Totally believable that a clerk was like why are we collecting so less data? Let me add sexual orientation, political beliefs etc to it as well.
