Yes, preciously. They messed up with S2 indian variant too. But that version is actually better in some aspects especially development point of view due to Qualcomm chipset (although again, that doesn't matter much to average users)

You should if its possible. It has better built than most of recent Samsung phones, respectable specs and performance even by today's standard at that price and getting JB (or already got?)
