Considering what the prime reason for getting the tablet is, I would suggest to go for a 10 inch tablet. A friend has an interior decoration business and uses the Galaxy Note 10.1 to showcase the designs. I know your budget isn't that high, but that was just an example.
A 10 inch device should be better for your cousin.

Righto. 7inch is not really large enough to check out family photos. I have tried and it is frustratingly small.

yes that was my take too but her budget is too low.even the hd ones do not cost less than 10K.i would like a local solution preferably ,else i would need to ring to china to oem guys.but thats my last resort.
