Bad Experience with Sun Direct HD Service

I paid R9000/= for getting the Sun HD services in 2009 and additional R5000/= as annual subscription fees.I was getting 7hd channels.I renewed my subscription for 2010-11 by paying R4945/= for the full year FOR TELUGU hd SERVICES. Stating technical problems, the hd services were reduced from 7 to 4.DD hd services telecast the completed CWgames.In addition,they withdrew NDTV24x7 (Both English&Hindi),Zee Telugu from the subscribed package.When i approached the customer care centre on 19th Dec, Ms Sukanya asked me to read the fine print stating that they can add or remove channels without informing the prior subscribers.This is arroagance of the highest order.You cannot approach her bosses.Kindly recommend any HD content DTH provider who is ready to help in this situation.My advise to all-Keep away from from Sun Direct DTh servicesleasehelp: With Regards,Somupappu

All DTH doing the same fraud. So best thing is not to pay annual rental instead monthly mode will be good. But you are using HD service so
