Do you prefer ACT fibernet if you are not able to do your work

If you google the mobile number, you will find similar complaints about the representative, albeit for a different company - makes me wonder if ACT outsources sales to an external entity. Anyway, nothing really you can do here to expedite the process. If you read the forums you will find many facing the same issue.
 
I really don't want to write much about the issue I have gone through from your worst ever Broadband service. Mostly the way you people hide yourself from customers when it comes to refund money back to them. You guys are really pathetic I have ever come across being a customer. You guys only tell you record the calls between the customer and the CC representative right.
So I would really want to pull those recording, I had spending amount from my mobile too, to the court and will make the whole world know about how fake and liar you guys are. I will be also posting this in all the social networking sites which will definitely strike your mind, when people will get to know your fake way of handling the customers. You guys are awesome in following up with customers before taking the connection, but when it comes down to pay back to customers you guys hide your face like cheap cowards.
Hope this writing is enough to ignite you and pull the call recordings that happened between you guys and me. As I would definitely want to repeat the issue to each and everyone whoever calls from your end, and getting same assurance.
Pull my records from my registered phone number. And do also calculate the waiting time and the calling time I have placed to your CC service, which is not TOLL-FREE. I have PAID for calling you bloody guys too.

He is not picking my call. I called customer care and they are trained very well to provide false promises. 1. Very poor service
2. Very poor customer care
3. Very poor response
4. Very poor overall and disappointed with ACT fibernet. Plz dont recommend ACT to anyone.

Speed of BSNL is slow but reliable.

The sms that you received with your customer ID clearly states it will take up to 10 working days for installation. It's been just 5 days in your case. I guess you can either wait a few more days for an FTTH connection (which most people on this forum would kill for) or cancel and stick with "reliable" BSNL.

Hi,

This is regarding my internet connectionon user id: 11179249 on the name of Mayank Rauthan which i took in last April somewhere an i regret for that till today.

From the day i took the connection it is always having some issue here and there every month twice or thrice.

Everytime i raise a complain,i get a message before 12 hours saying your complain is resolved and ticket is closed.By the time i reach my home from office problem still same.Atleast i have to raise 2-3 for one problem for which i never get a call back before closing the ticket.

Main problem is with the timing for field officer of ACT mostly they are not at all flexible with my timing.As i have to leave by 8 in the morning and i come back 9-9.30 in the night.According to them there shift is over by 6-7 in evening,so they cannot help.

Yesterday after getting resolved call(don't remember the name 9538013701) back(that too when i asked customer care to please call me back after resolving my problem) when i reach home problem was still there.When i tried talking to the same guy he was not picking up the call.He gave some officer number when i got a call in afternoon (8884439309:Laxman,8884464170:Vinod).So i tried this number after there response i was littery angry and started shouting for which i apologize.As there response was we cannot do anything this time will see it tommorrow(Which means Forget it as i have to raise complain and bla bla SLA ).And as i will not be available at home today also so same thing will go on in circle till weekend or day i am able to stay at home.

Today also when i went to Act office in BTM they took my number and told me there manager will call me before 10.30AM and try to fix the issue.but Still no call.

And this thing happen from the day i have taken the connection.So its better for me to move out of ACT now .I just wrote this in case u dont have information on this.I will try to reach out customer care and ask them to remove my connection.
