Does "on hold with LP" status resolves itself?

In my case it was resolved within 24 hours but i had also mailed them when i saw that message .

Only 7 days after the expected date of delivery.

10 days & counting from Delhi to Kolkata, 5 days & counting within Kolkata.... this is the worst courier company I've come across.



In 7 days it has only reached Delhi:



I guess maybe they are heavily discounting their service to etailers, and thus the service tanking. Maybe they are accumulating atleast 10 packages for my area before they finally deliver.
