Please test at reliable sites. or check in a download manager, when d/l a program.
please test also speedtest.net or speedguide.net web sites.
At the speedguide web site you get lot of other information/software to
improve your internet speed etc.

BSNL speed tester is working fine. When we do retest then it keeps increasing the reading from cache.
To get accurate speed... try one test on one browser. This is equal to Speedtest.net result.

people have posted speeds upto 70mbps using bsnl speed tester(most probably created using photoshop).
guys i have recieved my BB conection just yesterday. my plan is ul900. i am getting really crappy download speed. surfing is ok but the max download speed is 30kbps. the connection at my other place is under plan home 500 c but their i get download speed not below 90kbps. and even on this connection youtube videos are downloaded with several pauses in between for buffering while on tht connection it might just tak one pause in complete downloading process. all the speed i have noted are using download managers. please someone direct me. PLEASE....
