Did jio just changed their 95% speed governer? Or is it just for 150 Mbps plan? Did you always used get 150+ speeds or previously it was slower?

On some connections, one gets more than the promised, while on some, lower than promised. I had two jio fiber connections,one gave me less whereas other one gave me more speed. I am unable to figure out what causes it to be different.

it was average 146-147 Mbps at first but for many months now its more than 150.

Yes, but isn't the speed governing thing handled by OLT?

@Deb_1 are you happy with paying 999₹ for 150 Mbps or you would like to get Airtel for 999₹ with 200 Mbps? Is Airtel available in your area or you're just stuck with Jio?

airtel isnt available in my area.. I personally would have preferred airtel.

Any reason for taking 150 Mbps plan rather than 100 Mbps? Is it just for OTT?

I literally created a new topic on how to get a discount on 1Gbps Tataplay plan to avail Janmashtami 30% offer. But even after Janmashtami, they were still offering flat 20% discount.
