BSNL BHARAT FIBER HIGH PING AND JITTER

Recently took fiber connection with 499 plan.I am supposed to get 20mbps upload/download speed.But in speed test i am getting 24 mbps upload and 12 mbps download.Ping is also 82ms and jitter is 100ms.Packet loss is 0.36%.I am using Alphion 100c and TP-Link wr840n wifi setup in dynamic mode with dhcp on.Please tell me how to get full speed with minimum jitter and ping

which server did you test with? try testing again with a wired connection to router and with multiple servers in multiple cities. that will give you a better idea

@harsha_8re what about pings in laptop? they improved? if yes, the problem is wifi. if you're on 5ghz you'll face these problems if you're far from the router, on 2.4ghz you have these issues due to interference from another router of your neighbours, microwave, Bluetooth devices etc. Bluetooth is the worst as per my experience.

Now speeds are ok and in laptop i am getting 22mbps instead of 20mbps.I don't know what happened.Pings got reduced automatically.It may be due to network congestion which happens due to wfh.
