Wait for 2-3days if the issue is not resolved then There is another way through which they will surely increase your speed and also will call you and beg for mercy.

Process: Go to this link DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC  GRIEVANCES select department of telecommunications and fill up the form and also mention the MIS docket no. Then just see what happens.Your local bsnl babus will call you and beg for mercy and will surely increase your speed 110% guranteed.

i have no idea what happened in the last couple of hours. speeds are slightly better but nowhere near airtel levels. now i do not expect them to give me 4.5mbps on my line. but closer to 4mbps would be nice.

so what do you suggest? live with this? complain again?

right. i meant bsnl guy. making too many stupid mistakes anyways. i got a call right now. woke me up. the guy asked me what my speed was right now. told him 3.2mbps. he basically said cool. i said but it is not 4mbps. he said the crap i was worried about. आपको पूरी स्पीड थोडे ना मिलेगी. :\
