This is the site where you enter 14digit password and password as password. ( if you have not changed it ).

Take a print out /save to disk/ screenshot of unbilled Day usageand night usage. for records , if needed. If you have the receipt for change of plan to Home500/(paid extra security anount?) and exchange also says so,. no problem.

when i go to the site where we can check the usage there is one link my orders !
when i click there it shows my plan starter 250 but my plan is 500 and the BSNL exchange ppl are saying that my plan is 500 only!
there are two sites to check the usage
pls give me the link of the site from which u or most of the new users check the usage
same thing happened to me too friend!in my case one officer mistakenly forwarded my plan as 250 instead of 500 to banglore & in my case too all exchange records said that i got home 500 but my bill came according to 250.i have good contacts at local exchange & senior most official was very friendly with me as my father is a senior govt. official too.so my bill got corrected without any major problem.(DE himself,the 2nd most senior official of bsnl in a district after DGM,sat for full 60 min while i calculated my day usage & night usage using calculator & made the bill according to that).
so immediately contact your local exchange & most probably someone has forwarded your plan details incorrectly as home 250.i don't know how much trouble you have to go through before correcting your bill but in my case if same thing happened to some one else not so well connected i believe the matter would be settled in court unless some more senior official intervened at circle level(above district level).

Today in Bangalore, I got a bill of Rs 25989 for my UL900+ plan new connection. The online portal shows that the plan is Starter 250 which is wrong. Just noticed that this is quite low compared to some of the earlier records posted in this forum. Time for me to visit some BSNL offices. Wish me good luck.
