BSNL Capping Download ?

Err, your port is capped. Untill that downstream number increases to more then 1024, you'll get speeds from 50-90 (KBPS). There is nothing that you can do at your end. Its with the DSLAM. Restarting the modem is the only option. Or checking with Line as what the others mention (im not so sure about this though). If there is some kinda construction going around your neighbourhood then it is understandable. Out of the blue if this is happening im not so sure if it could be an issue with the Line.Keep Updates posted tho ~ ~

thanku all for replying .. problem is solved today .. just opened and cleaned my modem and changed the splitter .. after reconnecting i'z getting proper speeds from utorrent
