BSNL EVDO speeds at Hyderabad????

Hi, right now I have BSNL Broadband Internet unlimited 256 KBPS connection. But after seeing the speeds @ BSNL EVDO I'm planning to shit to EVDO connection. Please suggest me which is better???And also let me know current speeds of EVDO at Hyderabad location.

I would suggest you to stay with what you are currently using. Don't try your luck with EVDO.

I bought a new EVDO recently.I stay in CHIKKADPALLY AREA.The speed is horrible.when i try to download a file or attachment the download speed ranges from 5 kilobytes per sec(kbps) to 40kbps.90% of the time its below 15kbps.I have tested the same device in BANJARA HILLS road no 1.It was the same.I tried this in out skirts of the city(RAJENDRA NAGAR)...the speed was very good.The download speed was rannging between 10kbps to 70kbps.average speed was somewhere around 40kbps.So I recommend BSNL EVDO in Hyderabad if you travel,u stay in ourskirts,just for browsing purpose.EVDO is not at all an alternative to the BSNL BROADBAND (LANDLINE).
