@unnecessary That's basically the problem of EVERY PSU. Be it SBI, LIC, BSNL, MTNL, and countless other Government Offices in India.
With BSNL it is often just ONE question: Is your Internet working? If the answer is Yes, then it's CASE CLOSED.
Most BSNL employees do not care or perhaps even know about Routing, Latency, Ping, Jitter, Symmetric/Asymmetric, Tx, Rx, IPv6, TR069, or anything else beyond PPPoE, VLAN ID, and PON light is Green or Red.
And this problem goes RIGHT to the top.
WHY else would the WEBSITE be showing OLD Plans, FUP, and other outdated conditions, EVEN AFTER changes have already taken place at the Backend? Other companies would advertise such upgrades even before they are rolled out.
BSNL is such a high-potential, Critically needed company for ENTIRE India. Even more significant is that it has PAN-INDIA coverage with LAKHS of Kiolmeters of Fiber already laid.
