So today I got bill after plan change I was on Rs 449 with gst I pay Rs 530 today I got Rs 1060 don’t know what is the reason in April they changed this plan to new basic neo 449 50 mbps as you all know are they taking 1 month advance please let me know your bill status.
@MeanMachine No BSNL FTTH plans are Prepaid. And Certainly, you cannot pay for a single month if required.
RailTel / RailWire offers such prepaid plans.
Do we need to manually change the plan through self-care or it will automatically happen ?
I have 799 OTT plan but still getting 100mbps speed according to old plan
and how will we choose the ott pack ?

First, check if you have been upgraded by connecting a Laptop/PC directly to the ONYT's LAN port.
If you are still getting low speeds, approach your local BSNL office or LCO and they will do the needful.
