So today I got bill after plan change I was on Rs 449 with gst I pay Rs 530 today I got Rs 1060 don’t know what is the reason in April they changed this plan to new basic neo 449 50 mbps as you all know are they taking 1 month advance please let me know your bill status.

If it is your first bill then i think it is the security deposit that is 500 for a plan less than rs 500 and charged in first bill

Are these plans prepaid? Can I pay for a month only if required?

@MeanMachine No BSNL FTTH plans are Prepaid. And Certainly, you cannot pay for a single month if required.
RailTel / RailWire offers such prepaid plans.

Do we need to manually change the plan through self-care or it will automatically happen ?
I have 799 OTT plan but still getting 100mbps speed according to old plan
and how will we choose the ott pack ?

@abhi2212 No, the plan change has happened automatically.
First, check if you have been upgraded by connecting a Laptop/PC directly to the ONYT's LAN port.
If you are still getting low speeds, approach your local BSNL office or LCO and they will do the needful.

This is the list of latest plans my LCO sent me. Can anyone with the 1gbps plan do a speedtest and share here? Also is it stable?
