BSNL New User: Connection Troubles

i get an SNR Margin (dB) of 19-20 db for both upstream and downstream..
Attenuation is higher for downstream of about 35db..and 15db for upstream

i have got only 1 telephone which is connected after splitter...

my user name and password combination is proper..i have checked it..

in NAT (DMZ Host) i have given my regular ip of 192.168.1.100 which is configured in my LAN properties..

Guys i have read through this thread completely..and none of the solutions worked..
1.like openNDS etc..
2.for Bridged mode (Not working). Dialer gives 678 error
(i dont think its a problem of wrong password or username bcoz of 678 error)
3.client tr069 is diabled in dsl router..

i get the same diagnostics report as in comment 23

the problem was solved today..it was not a problem of modem or username and password..the problem was in exchange.they said they had to change whole line and ports in the echange.
