They have marked the ticket as solved without even replying or solving routing issue. I have never seen such attitude from any service provider whom I have paid.
so the latest update did not fix the 192.168.0.1 issue. i had submitted a ticket regarding this. they just replied by saying that i should send fresh logs as the latest update has new logging parameters. just sent.
