Excitel Broadband: 50mbps for Rs. 800, 75mbps for Rs. 970 & 100mbps for Rs. 1145

try using their own dns servers. sometimes their servers go beserk and third party dns servers stop working. usually fixes in a matter of minutes. sometimes an hour.

post some links that are not working. i would check at my end.

online.net IP Address doesn't seem to be working on Excitel either, doesn't look like a DNS Issue.

yep, working on a proxy. definitely a issue on excitel side.

Just came back from the office. Orange light in router. Can't even connect to pppoe server. Tried calling lco. Didn't pick up.

When I directly connect the wire to pc and try to connect via dial up it shows modem reported an error. What does it show for u?

takes too much effort to take out the ethernet cable and connect it to pc. i would just wait for it to come back like i usually do.

just connected now. probably an issue with local gateway.

Lodged a complaint and the reply is epic
Restart router for increased internet speed, lol

again lodged the complaint and now they're working on it
it's excitel problem for sure
working fine with VPN and other networks

asked my LCO to change the provider he said he will switch to fibre then all problem will be gone
is it true ?

fiber of course has higher capacity of data transfer than ethernet which is what they have been using for local networks in most areas.
