Excitel Fiber Broadband in Bangalore - User Experience?

Apparently the maximum session time is 10095.03 minutes, on fiber I always get admin reset after that
Also you should logout and login again or your session might get stuck like once happened with me

The session is still up, its been more than 7 days 3 hours now.

Or maybe the 7 day thing is set by LCO. I got admin reset after exactly this time past 6 sessions
I am on 6th day. Let's see what happens tomorrow

@kanurag94 It is intermittent, sometimes it shows as inactive and sometimes active (it's usually in the mobile browser this happens). On the desktop version, it seem to show active always.

Ok, it got reset But I think it's because I made the payment for the 6+3 300 Mbps plan for Rs 4999. The session reset exactly when the payment completed (or its one hell of a coincidence ) Now I have to start from scratch.

So 3+1 60mbps costs 2400 and 6+3 100mbps costs 5000. this is very conflicting.

For me a new 3+1 plan showed up today for 125 Mbps at 2.4k. The 300 Mbps 3+1 plan is 3k

Your session was stuck I guess, try going on for 7 days again

@kanurag94 What do you mean by session being stuck?

@varkey Sometimes session disconnects and gets connected too soon for excitel to create log thus session is stuck at excitel's end.
That's why excitel initiates a small session sometimes to start logging again which didn't happen to your connection (thus it was showing inactive). You may notice small <1mb sessions after long sessions
